One of my images was just accepted into “Puppy Love“, a juried photo exhibition to benefit rescue dogs.
The image selected is of a dog that was rescued from a South Korean Dog Food factory. A large group of them are being socialized at the San Diego Humane Society. The dogs are so beautiful, many of them are purebreds, but they’ve never had human interaction.
This has been going on for several months now and a few have been adopted. So sad to see them so skittish and frightened of human touch. The image that was chosen is of Pia, who had a toy in her mouth. The toy was a very new experience for her. Not sure she knew what to do with it!
